3 Years Warranty

Warranty Claim Process

Report Issue

Contact support through app, phone, or email to report the problem.

Remote Diagnosis

Our technicians will attempt to diagnose and fix the issue remotely.

On-Site Visit

If remote fix isn't possible, we'll schedule an on-site visit.

Replacement

If needed, we'll replace defective hardware at no cost.

Refund Policies

Installation Services

Within 30 days of scheduled installation

Full refund if installation cannot be completed due to technical incompatibility or our inability to provide service.

Conditions:

  • Must be requested before installation begins
  • Technical assessment required
  • No refund for completed installations

Monthly Service

Within 7 days of cancellation

Pro-rated refund for unused portion of monthly service if cancelled mid-cycle.

Conditions:

  • Written cancellation notice required
  • Equipment must be returned in good condition
  • Processing fee may apply

Hardware Purchases

Within 30 days of purchase

30-day return policy for unopened hardware. Opened hardware subject to 15% restocking fee.

Conditions:

  • Original packaging required for full refund
  • Must be in original condition
  • Return shipping costs customer responsibility

Important Information

Warranty Transfer

Warranties are transferable to new homeowners when you sell your property. Contact us to update the warranty registration with new owner information.

Response Times

Warranty claims are processed according to your package level: Light (24h), Core (4h), Aura (1h). Emergency issues are prioritized.
